This policy applies to purchases of the LYEONS HEART hardware device from LYEONS.

LYEONS HEART is a physical health and wellness device intended for general wellbeing support. It is not a medical device and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We want you to feel comfortable and supported when trying LYEONS HEART. If it does not feel right for you, you are welcome to return it.

  • You are able to return the device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • The device should be returned in its original condition, with all included components and packaging where reasonably possible.
  • You do not need to demonstrate benefit or provide a medical reason for your return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible.

Return Shipping

  • For returns within the 14-day change-of-mind period, LYEONS will cover return shipping costs and provide return instructions.
  • We recommend using the return method provided so the return can be safely tracked.
  • If any issues arise during the return process, please contact us and we will do our best to support you.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.

2. Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If your LYEONS HEART arrives damaged or does not function as intended when first used, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from delivery.

A device is considered damaged on arrival if a hardware issue prevents normal operation when first used.

If confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement device at no additional cost

We may ask for photos or videos to help assess the issue quickly.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct item exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you are welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product that best suits you.

4. International Orders

LYEONS HEART is currently launched in the UK. We may accept orders from outside the UK; however:

  • Depending on your location, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs and border processes outside our control. We will always do our best to support you if delays occur.
  • Returns from outside the UK remain subject to this policy, and return shipping and any applicable customs charges are not covered by LYEONS.

Before returning any device, please contact us to receive return instructions.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos or videos if the device is faulty or damaged

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
