LYEONS warrants that the LYEONS HEART device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 180 days from the date of delivery.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to the hardware device itself.
1. Repairs
If your LYEONS HEART develops a fault during the warranty period:
- Please contact our support team with a description of the issue.
- We may request photos or videos to help diagnose the problem.
- If a return is required, we will provide clear return instructions.
- Where possible, we will repair your original device and return it to you.
- Our aim is to repair and return devices within 14 days of receiving them, although repair times may vary depending on the issue.
Throughout the repair process, we will keep you informed of progress and do our best to support you at every stage.
2. If a Repair Is Not Possible
If your device cannot be repaired to an acceptable standard, we will replace it with a new device.
We do not issue refurbished devices. Devices returned to us are not resold and may be used for internal testing, research, or quality improvement.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Damage caused by liquid exposure
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage occurring during return shipping
4. Warranty Remedy
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, LYEONS will, at its discretion:
- Repair the device,
- Replace the device with a new one, or
- Issue a refund for the original purchase price.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
5. Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
